FirstStop Tyres and Car Servicing use Welltel for voice and PBX over xDSL via FirstStop private VPN in their 23 branches. All branches use Gigaset handsets and Polycom phones connected over Xdsl to the Welltel dedicated hosted PBX servers in multiple data centres.
FirstStop have their own PBX with DDI routing to queue/ring groups that ring into each depot and overflow routing to the nearest depot if the original depot doesn’t answer the call.
